Speaker Background:
Renee is a business-to-business outside sales expert with over 38 years of staffing and human resources experience. She joined the Meador Staffing team in the late 1980s and quickly demonstrated her strong negotiating  and selling skills, as well as the ability to service contracts among many platforms from local business owners to medium and large accounts and consumers. Among Renee’s fortes include negotiating talent with major organizations in the area of trades, warehouse/logistics, engineering/technical, accounting, IT, human resources, and administrative professionals, selling full-service lines in regards to temporary, temp-to-hire, contract, and direct hire candidates. As Account Manager for Meador Staffing Clear Lake, Renee oversees contract negotiations related to industrial and skilled trade staffing sales within the industry specifics of manufacturing, petrochemical and refinery, oil and gas, warehouse, and logistics. Her strong relationships with both small to large corporations throughout Texas and the U.S. as well as her hands-on experience give her the empathy and understanding needed to sell the Meador platform.

Renee enjoys using her interpersonal and customer service skills to maximize sales in a highly competitive market. Consulting, negotiating, and closing to quickly build client support and trust drives her passion. Her human resources experience allows her to strategically partner with her clients, having a clear understanding of the day-to-day challenges they experience.
